Prices

All product prices are shown in pound sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT but exclude any delivery charges. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

Delivery Charges

Delivery cost must be paid for somehow. Some retailers build it into their product price but because we try and give the best possible price for our products we have to charge for carriage. We believe that though you have to pay an extra charge for delivery the total amount paid is one of the lowest you will find.

PayPal - Buyer and Seller Protection

The agreement between you and PayPal and us and PayPal requires deliveries to be sent to the address you have registered in PayPal. This will overwrite any other address stored in your account. Therefore, if you need deliveries to go to any address other than those used in PayPal you will need to pay by card. If a delivery needs to be redirected because the address stored in PayPal is incorrect you may have another delivery charge. If goods are delivered to an incorrect address, and we are notified within 72 hours we will assist in having them retrieved but ultimately the responsibility lies with the purchaser to collect their order.

Payment & Invoice

Payment can be made by most major debit and credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club cards) with secure payment via Sage Pay and also through your PayPal account.

Full payment for your goods is taken when a new order is created.

A VAT invoice is included with your order and online copies can be downloaded from your Lawnsmith account.

VAT

VAT is included in the price of all products and delivery charges. Grass seed is zero rated therefore VAT is not chargeable. Your invoice will show the VAT charged on your purchases as a separate item.

VAT is not chargeable for deliveries to the Channel Islands. Therefore, please select Channel Islands in the 'Country' drop down box when entering you delivery details. Do NOT use United Kingdom as this will result in VAT being added.
