STAYGREEN Lawn Grass Seed
- Drought tolerant grass seed for dry or poor soils
- Often sold as 'water saver' grasses
- Ideal as a low maintenance family or utility lawn seed
- Stated coverage above based on a typical rate of 35 grams m2
- Contains rhizomatous tall fescue (RTF) for excellent drought tolerance
- RTF grasses root up to 1.5 metres deep into moist sub-soils
- Also perfect for dry areas, repairs under trees or to save watering
- Strangely, it will also do well in areas with water logging

So, for new lawns or patching sow your seed between April and September, have the sprinkler ready if it doesn't rain and feed your new seedlings with a STARTER feed to speed establishment and bring your new lawn into use sooner. For established lawns when overseeding use the appropriate seasonal fertiliser.
