Watering Can:
- Very cheap so get two!
- Get a different coloured one just for use with weed killer concentrate. No danger of killing your beloved begonia with ‘weed killer’ contaminated water!
- Use a weedkiller sprinkle bar* NOT a rose
- Simple and easy to use with either Verdone* or Vitax* Weed Killer Concentrate
- Perfect for lawns up to 200 square metres
- If time isn’t an issue then there is no limit to the size of lawn – a lot of refills though!
- Not very good for spot treating individual weeds
Tools for individual weed control
- Ready to use* ‘squirty type’ applicator bottles are good and economical
- The hand held metal weeder, puller or grubber if you don’t mind a lot of bending
I’ve tried all the ‘gadgets’; wands, wipes, swipes, sticks, balls and snozwanglers. They are a good idea but not as easy or reliable as the two above! If you know of a good one let me know and if it passes the test I’ll stock it.
